Charlotte CRET

Charlotte has been practising with Normand & Associés since she was sworn in in 2005. She has been a partner since 2014. She holds a post-graduate professional degree in healthcare products law from University Paris V and defends and advises the firm’s clients in all areas of liability law: industrial hazards, maritime law, civil liability and insurance law. She also handles social protection litigation: work-related injuries, litigation before the social security court and the incapacity dispute court.

Juliette BARRÉ

Juliette holds a masters’ degree in general private law from University Paris II and was sworn in in 1997. She joined Normand & Associés in 1997 and became a partner in 2009. She defends and advises the firm’s clients in the areas of real estate, personal law, tax law, commercial law and social security law.

Renaud LE GUNEHEC

Renaud has been practising with Normand & Associés since he was sworn in as a lawyer in 1996. He has been a partner since 2005. Renaud holds a master’s degree in business law and a master’s degree in literary, artistic and industrial property from University Paris II, and is a former Secretary of the Conference of Pupil Advocates of the Paris Bar (2002). He defends and advises the firm’s clients in press, media and information technologies law, intellectual property (artistic creation, brands, industrial projects), criminal law, commercial law and competition law.

Ralph BOUSSIER

Ralph holds a masters’ degree in private law from University Paris X and was sworn in as a lawyer in 1986. He joined Normand & Associés in 1989 and became a partner in 1991. He defends and advises the firm’s clients in the areas of tax and customs law, commercial law, competition law, labour law, and social security law.

Xavier NORMAND-BODARD

Xavier holds a post-graduate degree in tax law and business law from University Paris X and has been practising with Normand & Associés since he was sworn in as a lawyer in 1973. He has been a partner since 1975. He is a former Secretary of the Conference of Pupil Advocates of the Paris Bar (1977) and was a member of the Bar Council from 1994 to 1996. He defends and advises the firm’s clients in the areas of tax law, banking law, criminal law, labour law, and commercial and competition law.  Xavier is a member of the executive committee and presidential council of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) and a former president of the Droit et Procédure association.
