Charlotte CRET

Charlotte has been practising with Normand & Associés since she was sworn in in 2005. She has been a partner since 2014. She holds a post-graduate professional degree in healthcare products law from University Paris V and defends and advises the firm’s clients in all areas of liability law: industrial hazards, maritime law, civil liability and insurance law. She also handles social protection litigation: work-related injuries, litigation before the social security court and the incapacity dispute court.

Juliette BARRÉ

Juliette holds a masters’ degree in general private law from University Paris II and was sworn in in 1997. She joined Normand & Associés in 1997 and became a partner in 2009. She defends and advises the firm’s clients in the areas of real estate, personal law, tax law, commercial law and social security law.

Gilles CARIOU

A lawyer since 1993, Gilles has been practising with Normand & Associés since 1997. He has been a partner since 2005. He holds a master’s degree in private law and defends and advises the firm’s clients in all areas of liability law, in particular in cases involving the assessment of bodily injury, medical liability law and insurance law. He works with insurance companies, public and private healthcare institutions, doctors and manufacturers of healthcare products for administrative, civil and criminal proceedings.

Ralph BOUSSIER

Ralph holds a masters’ degree in private law from University Paris X and was sworn in as a lawyer in 1986. He joined Normand & Associés in 1989 and became a partner in 1991. He defends and advises the firm’s clients in the areas of tax and customs law, commercial law, competition law, labour law, and social security law.
